Nova Europa: European Survival Strategy in a Darkening World (Kindle Edition) In his book Arthur Kemp makes the case for a European homeland and thoughtfully lays out his position that ethnic diversity can be encouraged and preserved under the context of exclusive regional diversity. He highlights the United Nation's declaration of a nation's right to self determination as support for this idea. And although he doesn't cite the example of Liberia as a nation who constitutionally protects unified ethnic distinction within its citizenry he does highlight nations like China, Israel and Japan who do not seem to suffer any internal or external scrutiny for fostering their ideals of ethnic homogeneity.
