Beware that Sena only offers 30 dayMoneyback guarantee if you buy direct from them. My unit would not work and I was patient with the somewhat snotty first Support guy until I figured out I only had a day to get the thing back to Amazon to get my money back. Sena did say, AFTER I'd returned the unit to Amazon, that they'd replace it with an identical one, but the one I got was dead in the water and I'd spent about 20 hours jumping through the "support" hoops to no avail, that did not sound good to me.
I've talked to some ppl who have Sena units that actually work, so perhaps this was an anomaly.
