The phone worked OK except for the fact that I could not keep the phone activated. Net10 sent out a new SIM chip (twice), activated my phone and THEN deactivated the phone the next day! Incredibly bad customer service. Phone reps did not have a record of what had happened with my account on the previous calls. Each call was like starting over. And the phone connection to customer service was very bad. After trying multiple times to get my phone re-activated I just switched to a different company.
