The review about this product
! used to be a fairly good VOIP provider. I have had the for about a year and a half. For about the first 10-12 months the service was reliable. Something has happened in the last 6 months though. The phone service is not there 2 or 3 times a month now. And that is just the times that I am aware of, it could be more. When you call tech support the recording says "there are no outages on the network". I guess if they say that you should be happy even though your phone doesn't work. Then IF you can get a live body on the line they say "oh, yeah, everything is working execpt our server is down!" Well great, when will it be back up? Standard answer: "No Idea". Press for more info and they basically tell you to go pound sand. Last time it was out for over a day. One of these lines is my business line so I was out of business that whole time. When I finally called them again they said "Oh we have been back up since yesterday. You should have rebooted the devices". How the heck was I supposed to know that they were back up and I needed to reboot? An email or automated call advising me to do this would have been nice. Now it is monday morning, one of my busiest days, and my phones are down again.
Perhaps this company has grown too fast or they have no redundancy in their backup sytems. Whatever it is, I am tired of not having phone service and getting no help from tech support, not that I can even get them to answer their phones. If you need a RELIABLE phone service, I could not recommend this company. I am stuck in a contract at this time but as soon as possible I will be making a change.
