Purchased phone as gift for my wife. Phone was advertised as a package to include an Otterbox case, but was not shipped that way. Phone was "fulfilled by" not "sold by" Amazon. Amazon customer service offered a partial refund to cover the purchase of the same case. Phone was as advertised and once activated on Verizon, was able to update to the latest OS. I think the OS update has improved the power management and operation of this phone. My wife is a 'power user' and has had no complaints after putting it to the test the past month. Great phone and great Amazon customer service.
